Sugarcane Juice
Its a glass-full of goodness. Sugarcane juice helps to increase immunity, digestion, energy levels and also aids in weight loss. It reduces cholesterol, regulates blood pressure, detoxifies the body and is great for our bones. Last but not least its alkaline nature helps prevent cancers like breast cancer and prostate.
Coconut Water
Still, wondering how to increase immunity level? Full of antioxidants, potassium, calcium and magnesium this low-calorie drink is a perfect stress reliever in this scorching heat and is a great immunity-boosting drink.
Buttermilk or Chaach
It’s an excellent drink to fight dehydration. And is also a good source of calcium, vitamin B complex, proteins and potassium, iron, sodium and Zinc. A glass of chaach everyday can regulate your blood pressure, keep cholesterol levels under check and also aids indigestion.
Sattu (powdered roasted gram)

If you are feeling drained and dehydrated because of the sun or have done a heavy workout, a glass of sattu sharbat is all that you would need to get you back on your toes in a jiffy. It is about 20% protein by weight and contains calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium.
Gond katira (Tragacanth Gum)
Soak overnight a little gond katira in a bowl of water and add it to half a cup of cold milk. You can add any flavour to your milk as gond katira tastes bland. So add sugar syrup or rose or badam sharbat to your milk and bid goodbye to the heatwave. It helps the body in regulating its temperature in the scorching heat.
Pineapple
Pineapples are available all year round and are very high on manganese and vitamin C. Hence boosts your immunity dramatically. It tastes amazing and is a perfect option for any sort of smoothie or mocktails.
Seasonal fruits
Fruits like Cherry, Jambul, Falsa, Melons, Mangoes, litchi, Kiwi, green almonds, etc must be consumed on a daily basis as they are seasonal and full of summer-friendly nutrients. Just throw some of your favourite fruits in the mixer and blend all the goodness into a yummy yet healthy fruit smoothie.
